Design the evolutions of Extia’s internal web and mobile management application
Lead UX/UI Designer working closely with the project owner in short, iterative one-week sprints. Responsible for translating project needs into designs, collaborating with the development team, and adapting solutions based on feedback.
The project was already live, with an established design system and many existing screens, requiring any changes to integrate seamlessly into the current product.
I joined the project as a replacement for the lead designer, inheriting an existing workflow, design decisions, and a well-defined way of working.
The team followed an agile methodology with short, iterative sprints, requiring fast alignment between design, product, and engineering.

I designed new features and improvements by reusing existing components by default, extending the design system only when it brought clear value, and ensuring every change aligned with what was already in place.
This maintained visual and functional consistency across the product while keeping development efficient and predictable.

I worked closely with the product owner and engineering team to define implementation stages, producing incremental mockups that matched technical delivery steps and allowed features to be rolled out progressively.
This reduced risk in a live product and ensured that the most valuable improvements reached users first.

For each change, I anticipated its impact across the entire application and translated user feedback into clear user flows and functional requirements.
This prevented regressions, preserved overall coherence, and ensured that design decisions addressed real user needs.
The sales team needed more granularity to specify skill requirements for client-assigned projects.
A skill level indicator was added to each competency using a pictogram, allowing quick visualization and/or selection of the required expertise level.
When adding a hard or soft skill, users can now specify the required expertise level using a 3-step visual indicator, making skill requirements easier to define and understand.
This improvement was implemented across mission briefs as well as candidate and consultant profiles, to enable better matching between missions and available talent.
Some contacts were created in duplicate by different salespeople, while others were left without an assigned manager after their original owner left the company.
Give the team tools to keep contact data clean and owned: reassign orphaned contacts and merge duplicates without losing information
A contact transfer feature was introduced to easily reassign contacts to a new manager when someone leaves the organization.
We also added the ability to select and merge multiple contacts directly from the contact list, allowing users to clean up duplicates while preserving and updating key information.
On the mission details page, the sales team had several requirements: to see the company related to the offer more clearly, to view the mission status, to see the priority level, and for managers, to identify the person responsible for the opportunity
Restructured the mission details block, ordering and formatting each piece of information by its type and importance
At the top of the page, key information such as priority level and related company have been highlighted. The mission status is displayed using a color code combined with an icon, applied as the background of the info block.

Managers needed an overview of their own tasks as well as those of their teams.
Give managers a single space to track their own and their team's pending actions.
In the "to do" space the user can easily track all pending actions with key information and quick action options, along with a calendar view.
The sales team needed a way to standardize and classify various job roles and experience levels of candidates and consultants to better match them with mission offers.
Build a shared job taxonomy (by sector, field, experience) so roles are classified consistently and matched to missions, with a back office to maintain it
When creating a new mission opportunity or a candidate/consultant profile, users select the appropriate sector, field, and experience level: keeping every entry classified consistently.
The sector, field, and experience level appear across every relevant form and screen, applied consistently throughout the platform.
A back office where categories can be added, edited, and removed to keep the taxonomy up to date.
Of core user needs addressed following the platform update.
Efficiency gain across key workflows after the recent updates.
Reduction in rework through stronger collaboration
